All orders are shipped from the United States. The warehouse address 631 W South Mountain Ave is used exclusively for dispatching orders and is not our registered legal business location.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1‑3 business days, excluding weekends and United States public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time

International delivery times are affected by destination, customs clearance progress and local courier services. Normal delivery window is 7‑20 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, local postal disruptions, extreme weather or other force‑majeure events.
